The Executive Programme is aimed at senior management and generally offers more one-to-one time in addition to research and more extensive support services. Our Executive Outplacement Programme is delivered on a one-to–one basis and involves personal coaching and mentoring, strategic networking and a variety of support services to facilitate the executive’s transition to a new position or entrepreneurial venture. This involves identifying key goals of the programme and carrying out specific preplanning exercises which will ensure each executive is in a position to derive maximum effectiveness from the programme.
Individual step-by-step guidance on developing a structured CV, appropriate to the position sought. The finished CV is carefully evaluated by the consultant to ensure that it fully reflects the candidates’ career history and career goals.
This helps the individual to identify the kind of role he or she is most suited to.
This involves providing advice and guidance, with the option of having a mentor to work with them throughout their search. CV customization, interview preparation and interview practice are used extensively with candidates at the middle and senior management levels.
This involves coaching executives to ensure they understand exactly where and how to present their qualifications and experience to maximum effect. Through our knowledge of the recruitment sector and ongoing marketplace research, we are able to identify the most likely job prospects for executives.
In this module executives learn and practice successful interviewing techniques. We provide assistance to enable executives to overcome problems in self-presentation which may have blocked them from getting jobs or promotions. We use video feedback so that executives can see things from the interviewer’s perspective.
