GROUP PROGRAMME (2 Days)

Our Outplacement Group Programme caters for individuals at all levels and is designed to facilitate groups of employees leaving an organisation within a defined timeframe. On-site or off-site and with the support of a dedicated project team, this programme deals with how people react and feel about being made redundant. Employees will explore their options such as changing their career path, starting their own business, or just getting the first available job. In addition we offer individual follow-up support by telephone and/or email, to allow the candidate to raise individual issues and get personal support.
